This hotel is located in a convenient area near the airport and a mall. The rooms are clean and offer a lovely view of Mount Mayon. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is a great added bonus. The breakfast is included and provides a nice view of the Mayon Volcano.

No improvements needed, everything was okay.

The hotel is new, so the facilities are okay. Location wise is excellent, a few minutes away from the main attractions.

Our room had a distinct smell of a wet rug, even though it was sprayed with air freshener. So uncomfortable.

Penaranda park was just a short distance away. Design of the hotel was nice:)))

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with an amazing view of the beautiful Mayon Volcano. Finally, the food at Kamias Restaurant was absolutely delicious, with both buffet and ala carte options for breakfast. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory and met our needs.

Ants in room Reception staff were friendly but not trained. They didn't stand and remained seated when guests arrived. Also, didn't take payment from my credit card upon checkout as they said they would and later sent me a message to say I hadn't paid.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. It was very close to the airport, making our journey hassle-free. there were many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat. the room we stayed in was cozy and had a great view of the surroundings.

The limited choices for breakfast were a bit disappointing.

Great view of the natural beauty and accommodating staff. Good location in the heart of the town and several restaurants onsite to choose from. Free wi-fi and breakfast were definitely a plus.

The shower rooms could use some improvement and sometimes the front desk staff needed more training. it was a bit pricey considering the lack of amenities like a gym or pool.

The hotel had spacious rooms, which were perfect for a business trip. The location was great, just a short drive from the airport and close to the city.- The view of the Mayon volcano from the room was absolutely amazing.

The WiFi in the room didn't work, but they did have computers in the reception area for guests to use. The buffet selection for breakfast was limited and there were times when it wasn't available, forcing us to order from the menu instead.
